These Terms govern your use of kenkagota.com. By using this site, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. What this site is
A personal portfolio and hub site for Ken Kagota, linking to three ventures (Let's Do IT Better, KaribuKloud, The Shule Project), plus a newsletter and two paid business services (Business Canvas; MVP Analysis & Build). It is not itself a transactional e-commerce or SaaS platform.
2. Content and AI
Career, journey, and venture content on this site reflects Ken's own approved copy — not AI-generated content published without review. If an AI chat feature or AI-assisted content generation is added later, this section will disclose that clearly before it goes live, matching the disclosure standard used on the Let's Do IT Better platform.
3. Business Services and donations
Business Canvas and MVP Analysis & Build engagements are separate, fee-based consulting services — pricing and process are provided directly, not through this site's checkout (none exists). "Fund my initiatives" donations are not currently processed through a live payment integration on this site — see the Privacy Policy, Section 4.
4. Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is." No uptime guarantee or formal SLA is offered. NEEDS INPUT if that changes for the paid Business Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
